By accessing our website at colorbeyond.com, booking a discovery call, purchasing services, or using any services provided by Color Beyond, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Color Beyond provides professional video production, podcast production, podcast studio rental, content creation, consulting, and related creative media services. Service details, pricing, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed during the discovery process and outlined in a separate client agreement before work begins.

3. Discovery Calls

Discovery calls are complimentary consultations intended to determine whether Color Beyond is the right fit for your project. Scheduling a discovery call does not create a contractual relationship or obligate either party to move forward with services. Color Beyond reserves the right to decline service at its discretion.

4. Client Agreements

All paid projects require a signed agreement before work begins. Individual agreements govern project scope, payment schedules, revisions, cancellations, ownership rights, and any additional project-specific terms. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any signed agreement.

5. Payment

Payment terms are established within each client agreement. Payments are processed through approved payment providers. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable after services have begun.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise specified in writing. Color Beyond retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Discovery calls may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment using the confirmation email or by contacting us directly. Client project cancellation policies are governed by each individual client agreement.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Color Beyond provides its website, communications, and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate information and reliable services, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability, error-free operation, or specific business results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Color Beyond, IWillCreate Media LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or SMS communications, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or missed opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall never exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
