If you need to cancel your pre-booked session with us, we offer a full refund if given 48 hours notice. 50% of booking value for 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hours out will not be refunded.

To maintain the cleanliness and quality of our sets and equipment, we kindly ask that no food or drinks (other than bottled water) be brought into the studio. Alcohol, smoking, and vaping are strictly prohibited in all areas of the space. We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the environment clean, safe, and professional for everyone.

Yes, small props are welcome to help personalize your set. Think handheld items, laptops, books, signs, or products you want to showcase. Due to existing furniture like coffee tables and bookshelves, we ask that all props be compact, clean, and easy to set up and remove during your booked time. Please avoid bringing large furniture, wall-mounted items, or anything messy. (like glitter or confetti).

There will always be a member of our team on-site to assist you. While we won't have a dedicated engineer for the basic studio rental, a staff member will be available for general support and to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Yes! If your guest can't join in person, we offer a Remote Guest Add-On for $100 per session. We'll handle the full setup, record their video and audio in real-time, monitor the session, and seamlessly integrate everything into your final episode so it looks and sounds like they were right there with you.

This option can be added to any in-studio session or bundle.

Each booking covers the recording, editing, and delivery of a single 60-minute episode. If you'd like to record multiple episodes, each one must be booked (and paid for) as a separate session. This ensures we can maintain the same level of quality and fast turnaround for every episode.
